Services Provided
All tarot readings and spiritual guidance sessions are delivered as described at the time of booking. Once a session is completed, whether in person or remotely, it is considered final. Because our services are intangible and personal, refunds are not typically offered once the reading has been provided.
Refunds and Cancellations
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your reading or spiritual guidance session, please reach out within 24 hours of your appointment. While refunds are not generally issued, we are happy to discuss your experience and address any concerns you may have. We want you to feel empowered and supported on your journey.
Rescheduling Appointments
If you need to reschedule your session, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment may incur a fee. If you miss your appointment without prior notice, we will consider the session as completed, and no refund or rescheduling will be possible.
No Show Policy
If you do not attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the session will be marked as completed. Unfortunately, no refund or rescheduling will be provided in this case.
Payment Processing
Payments are processed securely through our trusted payment providers. All charges are final once the transaction is completed, and there are no refunds for services rendered.
